1. Product Introduction

This device is a vehicle-mounted specialized communication countermeasure system designed for targeted user groups in specific regions. It operates directly over 4G/5G networks without requiring 2G public network infrastructure, effectively blocking communications of target terminals. The product is compatible with mainstream international mobile operating systems, including Android, HarmonyOS, and iOS. The system integrates multiple core capabilities such as target acquisition, SMS interception, voice surveillance, and data traffic analysis.

2. Voice counter function

(1) Supports 15 voice surveillance channels and 1 real-time playback channel, with call recording retention capability;

(2) In voice surveillance mode, the target phone can make outgoing calls normally without any interruption;

(3) Supports placing calls to the target phone using any spoofed number; once connected, two-way normal conversation with the target phone is enabled;

(4) Supports multiple handling options when the target phone places an outgoing call:

Option 1: Both parties are connected through the system, enabling normal conversation with the target phone;
Option 2: The target phone hears a pre-recorded system announcement within one second after the call is connected;
Option 3: The target phone is directly disconnected, and no normal connection can be established;
Option 4: The target phone only hears a normal ringback tone played by the system, but the call cannot be effectively connected.

3. SMS push function

(1) Supports interception and monitoring of both uplink and downlink SMS messages; after the device leaves the site, the target will no longer receive intercepted messages;

(2) Supports both manual and automatic push of SMS messages; supports both manual and automatic push of pop-up notification SMS;

(3) Supports both manual and automatic push of images; supports both manual and automatic push of videos;

(4) Supports both manual and automatic push of voice calls and video calls.

4. Traffic countermeasure function

(1) Supports both network blocking and network monitoring. In blocking mode, the target cannot access the internet; in JT (monitoring/surveillance) mode, normal network access is available;

(2) Supports traffic channel functionality, providing a data backhaul channel for the Trojan deployment platform;

(3) Supports data traffic analysis of applications on the target phone to obtain the APP domain information accessed during the control process;

(4) Supports DNS hijacking and DNS forgery;

(5) Supports fine-grained business control over specific applications, enabling targeted blocking or

allowance. For example, WeChat can be set to function normally while TikTok is restricted.
